2. Provision of the website and creation of log files

Every time this website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically collects data and information in so-called server log files (including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system used). This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Fonts (embedded locally)

This website uses the typefaces "Space Grotesk" and "IBM Plex Mono". The font files are embedded locally in this website and are not loaded from external servers (e.g. Google Fonts). Accessing the fonts therefore does not establish any connection to Google or any other third-party provider, and no IP address is transmitted to a font provider.

4. Booking appointments via Calendly

We use the booking service "Calendly" (Calendly LLC, USA) for scheduling appointments. The booking widget is not loaded automatically. It only loads after you actively click "Load booking calendar", or if you have previously given general consent via our cookie banner. Only then is a connection to Calendly's servers established. Once loaded, Calendly processes the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, requested appointment) on its own servers, which may be located outside the EU, in particular in the USA. Where data is transferred to the USA, this takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR) or, where applicable, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR). The legal basis is your consent, given through that explicit action (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), or the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). 5. Other third-party scripts

Apart from Calendly (only after your consent, see Section 4), this website does not load any scripts, fonts, tracking tools or other resources from third-party servers. All scripts, styles and fonts are delivered from our own server.

6. Contact via email

If you contact us by email, we store the information you provide (including your email address and, where applicable, your name and phone number) in order to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or processing will be restricted if statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Cookies

This website itself does not set any tracking or marketing cookies. Embedded third-party services (e.g. Calendly) may, however, set their own cookies once you actively load them (see Section 4). We use your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember your choice in the consent banner shown on your first visit, so we don't ask again on every page — this is strictly necessary for the banner to function and does not require separate consent. Please refer to the respective provider's privacy notices for information about any cookies they set.
